Monday Integration
Connect Monday.com to LINQON Teams for converting LINQON leads to Monday items with auto or manual syncs.
This guide walks you through the step-by-step process of setting up LINQON's direct integration with Monday. This powerful integration allows your team to instantly sync leads from LINQON as items on any board within your Monday dashboard.
Automatic Data Sync
Once set up, the integration will automatically sync the following fields with no additional configuration required:
Name
Email
Job Title
Phone Number
Notes/Comments
Item Owner (the LINQON member who connected with the lead)
Custom Fields (set up in the "Configuration" tab, optional)
Connecting Your Monday Account
Navigate to the LINQON Teams home page and click on the "Integrations" tab.
Locate the Monday section and click "Connect."
If you have previously connected Monday, the button will display "Configure" instead. Click it to adjust your settings.
A popup will appear asking whether you want to connect this integration for the entire team or for specific subteams. CRM connections can be unique per subteam.
For this demo, select "Connect Integration for Full Team" ✅
A Monday popup will appear. Click "Connect" in the top right corner.
You will be prompted to enter your Monday.com API token, which you can find at:
https://{Your Company Domain}.monday.com/apps/manage/tokens
Copy the token, paste it into the provided field, and click "Continue." Once authenticated, you’re all set!
Syncing Leads to Monday as Items
With Monday connected, you can enable one or both of the following workflows:
1. Auto Sync - Convert LINQON Leads into Monday Contacts
This workflow instantly syncs leads from LINQON to Monday as soon as they are captured. It eliminates manual data entry, increasing efficiency and saving your team valuable time.
2. Manual Sync - Select Leads Before Syncing
This workflow allows admins or team members to manually select which leads should be synced to Monday. This offers greater control over data management compared to Auto Sync.
Both workflows can be used individually or together. Once enabled, you must select a Monday board where contacts will be synced. This selection is required for successful synchronization.
